* The price at the A-Chalets is based on 4 people, for every extra person 49, – per week.

** The price at the Safari lodges is based on 6 people, for every extra person 49, – per week.

Additional costs:

Reservation costs € 10, – per booking;

Tourist tax € 3.50 per person per week;

Final cleaning € 45, – per week, with two weeks € 65, -;

Pets are welcome in consultation for € 25, – per week;

* The additional costs must be paid upon arrival.

Other items that you can rent with us per week:

Bed linen for € 7.50 per person per week;

Towels package, € 10, – per person;

Baby bed for € 5 per week;

High chair at your accommodation for € 5, -; weekly

* You can contact us up to two weeks before the start and must be paid on arrival.

In mid and high season these chalets are only available for rent from Saturday to Saturday.

Terms of payment

The first payment of 30% of the total amount must be received by us within 14 days after confirmation of your reservation; The remaining amount must be received 6 weeks before the start of us;

Cancellation policy

Only written requests for cancellation will be handled by us;
After transferring the deposit, within 14 days after confirming the reservation, until 12 weeks before arrival we will refund the deposit – / – (min) 20% for the administrative costs;
In case of cancellation from 12 weeks before arrival, 25% of the total rental amount;
In case of cancellation from 8 weeks before arrival, 50% of the total rental amount;
In case of cancellation from 6 weeks before arrival, 75% of the total rental amount;
In case of cancellation from 4 weeks before arrival, 90% of the total rental amount;
In case of cancellation from 2 weeks before arrival, 100% of the total rent amount;
In case of early departure no refund of the rent paid by you will take place.

• We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.

We do not ask you to smoke in our accommodations.
